1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Weino ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Weino is a social scheduling application that helps users:
- Share availability and free time with friends
- Find overlapping free time slots
- Create and manage meeting matches
- Communicate through in-app messaging
- Receive notifications about matches and messages
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Weino
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You may not share your account credentials
- One person may not maintain more than one account
3.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including:
- Abusive or harassing behavior
- Spam or fraudulent activity
- Violation of other users' privacy
- Impersonation of others
- Any illegal activity
4. Premium Subscriptions (iOS Only)
4.1 Subscription Details
Weino offers premium subscriptions exclusively on iOS devices with the following features:
- Ad-free experience
- Larger group match capacity
- Additional features as announced
4.2 Pricing and Payment
- Subscription prices are displayed in the app and in the App Store
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings
4.3 Cancellation and Refunds
- You can cancel your subscription anytime through App Store Account Settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies
4.4 Changes to Subscription
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices and features with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect current active subscriptions until renewal.
5. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Spam users with unwanted messages
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer or tamper with the App
- Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Content and Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
- You retain ownership of your messages, availability data, and profile information
- You grant us a license to use your content to provide the service
- You are responsible for the content you post
- We may remove content that violates these Terms
6.2 Our Content
- Weino, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us
- You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content
- Our trademarks and logos are protected

8. Disclaimers
8.1 Service Availability
Weino is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That the App will meet your specific requirements
- The accuracy or reliability of user-provided information
- That all bugs or errors will be corrected
8.2 No Warranty
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for user conduct or content
- We are not liable for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another user
- Your content posted on the App
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through:
- In-app notification
- Email to your registered address
- Notice on our website
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App ceases immediately
- Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
- Premium subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Weino shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
14. Miscellaneous
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Weino.
14.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
14.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor.
