1. What is Weino?
Weino helps you book trusted professionals and manage real-world appointments in Egypt. In the app you can:
- Search by governorate, city, and category
- See available slots and prices before you confirm
- Pay in the app with Fawaterk when prepayment is on, or pay on arrival when that mode is enabled
- Track bookings (pending, confirmed, cancelled, completed)
- Professionals manage schedules, services, and the platform fee wallet
2. Your account
- Minimum age: 13 years
- Use accurate profile details
- Keep your login private — one account per person
- Delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete Account
We may suspend accounts that spam, harass others, or misuse the platform.
3. Bookings and payment
- The price is shown before you confirm
- Cancellation rules depend on the professional and time left before the appointment
- Prepaid bookings follow the refund details shown at checkout
- Questions about a booking? Use the booking screen or contact support in the app
4. Platform fees (professionals)
- Completed bookings may include a platform fee shown in the professional wallet
- Fees can be paid online via Fawaterk

5. Respectful use
Please do not harass others, share inappropriate content, try to access other accounts, or misuse the app.
