How do I cancel a booking?
From the Bookings tab. Cancellation policy depends on the professional and time left before the appointment. With prepayment, the platform refund policy may apply.
How do I become a professional on Weino?
From Settings, register as a professional, complete your business details, location, and documents, then wait for admin approval. After approval, set schedules, services, and your platform fee wallet.
What are platform fees for professionals?
A percentage on completed bookings appears in the professional wallet. You can pay online via Fawaterk. See Professional guide.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Details on the Delete Account page.
