How do I add my free time?
Go to the Calendar tab and tap the "+" button. Select the day of the week and time range when you're available. Your availability will repeat weekly until you change it.
How do I find matching times with friends?
First, add friends by going to the Friends tab. Then go to Matches and tap "Create Match". Select the friend(s) you want to meet with, and Weino will automatically show you all overlapping free times.
How does timezone conversion work?
Weino automatically converts all times to each user's local timezone. When you see a match time, it's always shown in YOUR timezone. Your friends see the same match in THEIR timezone. The app handles all conversions automatically!
Can I change my country/timezone?
Yes! Go to Profile > Country to change it. Note: Changing your timezone will automatically cancel all pending matches, as the times may no longer align.
What happens when I accept a match?
When you accept a match, that time slot is booked and won't be available for other matches. You'll receive a notification reminder before your scheduled meeting time.
Can I create matches with multiple people?
Yes! Group matches are available for all users. When creating a match, select multiple friends and Weino will find times when EVERYONE is available.
What's included in Weino Premium?
Premium removes all ads and gives you: Premium badge, priority match requests, custom availability messages, and multiple timezone display. You also get unlimited calendar slots and lifetime match history.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Go to your device's App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) settings, find Subscriptions, select Weino, and tap Cancel. You'll keep Premium features until the end of your billing period.
Why can't I find matching times with my friend?
This happens when your schedules don't overlap. Make sure both of you have added free time slots. If you're in different timezones, remember the app compares times in both your local times. Also check that neither of you has already booked that slot for another match.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?". Enter your email and you'll receive a password reset link from Firebase Authentication.
Can I use multiple accounts?
Each person should only have one active account. Multiple accounts per person are not allowed and may result in account suspension.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This action is permanent and will remove all your data, including matches, friends, and availability. This cannot be undone.
I'm not receiving match notifications. What should I do?
Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings for Weino. Go to your device's Settings > Notifications > Weino and turn on notifications.
Can I export my schedule to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar?
Calendar export is currently not available. You can view all your matches in the Matches tab and set reminders within the app.

Is my data safe?
Yes! All data is encrypted in transit and stored securely on Google Firebase servers. We never sell your personal information. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Who can see my availability?
Only your accepted friends can see overlapping times when you choose to create a match with them. Your full schedule is private and never shared without your permission.

How much does Premium cost?
Pricing varies by region and is displayed in the app. We offer both monthly and yearly subscription options. Check the Premium screen in the app for current pricing.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, depending on where you purchased. Contact their support directly or request a refund through your App Store or Google Play account.
