- Reporting Underage Users: We encourage users to report any accounts they suspect belong to users under 13 years of age.
- Immediate Action: Any account found to belong to a user under 13 will be immediately suspended and deleted.

Weino provides multiple ways for users to report child safety concerns:
- In-App Reporting: Users can report concerning content, behavior, or accounts directly through the app's reporting feature.
- Email Reporting: Direct email reporting to our safety team (see contact information below).
- Priority Processing: All child safety reports are processed with the highest priority and urgency.
- Confidentiality: Reports are handled with strict confidentiality to protect the safety of all parties involved.
4. Response and Action Procedures
When a child safety concern is reported, Weino takes immediate action:
- Immediate Review: All child safety reports are reviewed within 24 hours, with critical cases reviewed immediately.
- Account Suspension: Accounts under investigation for child safety violations are immediately suspended pending review.
- Content Removal: Any content identified as CSAM or harmful to minors is immediately removed from our platform.
- Law Enforcement Cooperation: We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and report suspected CSAM to the appropriate authorities, including:
- National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States
- Relevant national authorities in other jurisdictions
- International law enforcement agencies as appropriate
- Permanent Bans: Users found to have violated child safety standards are permanently banned from the platform.
